3.High Quality Free Education- In Peterborough 3 school boards cover 30 elementary & secondary schools. They offer public schools, Catholic schools and French schools.
- Pregnancy in Peterborough- If you may find yourself in a situation that you don’t have a family doctor once you move here. As we are all aware the province has a shortage of doctors. Well in Peterborough they have great clinic ( that i went too myself for both my children) called Partners In Pregnancy Clinic (PIPC) . They provide free care throughout your whole pregnancy. No referral needed just call and make an appointment.
- Shops & Downtown life – Peterborough has great local boutique shops downtown. Non chain restaurants down on Hunter street that are a must try and on those summer nights it hosts down by the water free concerts.
- Peterborough River park Zoo- Its FREE, need I say more? When its a Saturday or Sunday and your trying to decided what to do. Visit the zoo located in the north end of Peterborough. Monkeys, camels, reindeer and other rescue animals.
